Audit Week

We seem to have had a week of audits this week! We've been audited by SQA and ILA. Fortunately they were both fine but you always worry in the run-up to them. Because we work with so many awarding bodies we're always very particular when it comes to our systems and processes and it's obviously paying off.

We've also quoted for some management training this week. One for a company to train its managers over a period of a year and another for a small company that wants to train one person - from one extreme to the other! The smaller company is going to take advantage of the Skills Development Scotland Flexible Training Grant.
